Baked Chicken with a Sweet Orange Glaze

I love to experiment in the kitchen. Sometimes my experiments turn out to be disastrous, and other times I end up with sweet orange chicken. Making the glaze is so simple you will be serving dinner in no time.

You will need:

  • 2 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1/4 cup sweet orange marmalade
  • 1 tbsp. spicy mustard sauce
  • 3/4 cup of honey
  • basil

Preheat oven to 375° F. In a small pan, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Stir in sweet orange marmalade, spicy mustard, and honey. Heat for 2 to 3 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.

With aluminum foil, make two cradles for each chicken breast. Brush sweet orange glaze onto each side of the chicken breast, and place into designated cradle. Add preferred amount of basil.

Place each cradle on a baking sheet and cook for 20 to 30 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked.

Remove Chicken from oven and serve. Feel free to add more glaze.
