I love to experiment in the kitchen. Sometimes my experiments turn out to be disastrous, and other times I end up with sweet orange chicken. Making the glaze is so simple you will be serving dinner in no time.
You will need:
- 2 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 1/4 cup sweet orange marmalade
- 1 tbsp. spicy mustard sauce
- 3/4 cup of honey
Preheat oven to 375° F. In a small pan, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Stir in sweet orange marmalade, spicy mustard, and honey. Heat for 2 to 3 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
Place each cradle on a baking sheet and cook for 20 to 30 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked.
Remove Chicken from oven and serve. Feel free to add more glaze.
